Insofar as not agreed later, the amounts owed by the consumer should be paid within fourteen days after delivery of the goods or, in the case of an agreement to provide a service, within 14 days after delivery of the documents relating to this agreement.

When selling products to consumers, general terms and conditions (during the withdrawal period) may stipulate prepayment or full prepayment. Where advance payment is stipulated, the consumer may not assert any rights regarding the execution of the order or service(s) in question before the stipulated advance payment has been made.

Atelier scralan will accepted orders expeditiously but not later than 30 days unless a longer delivery period is agreed. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract without cost, to request a replacement equivalent product or the right to possible damages.

In case of dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph atelier scralan will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after dissolution.

If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, atelier scralan will endeavor to make available a replacement item. At the latest upon delivery, it will be reported in a clear and comprehensible manner that a replacement item is being delivere d. With replacement articles, the right of withdrawal cannot be excluded. The cost of return shipment shall be borne by atelier scralan.

The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests with atelier scralan.

– Return to store:

– Return with a parcel service:

– Through our pickup service:

The product will be picked up by our courier. The cost of this option is EUR 25.00. You can use this service by sending an email to retour@atelier-scralan.be. We will then instruct our courier to call you and make an appointment with you for a return appointment.k.
